Content Policy and User Content Licence

This policy applies to all content Users upload to the Service — images, text, floor plans, videos and property details ("User Content") — and it forms an integral part of the Site Terms of Use. Uploading a listing is conditional on active confirmation of the rights declaration on the upload form. Terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Site Terms of Use.

1 Ownership and Licence to Walz

  1. Copyright in User Content remains with its owners; nothing herein transfers ownership to Walz.
  2. By uploading, the User grants Walz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, transferable and sub-licensable to infrastructure providers, to store, display, reproduce, technically adapt (cropping, compression, thumbnails), translate and display the content within the Service and for purposes of its promotion, including on Walz's media channels.
  3. The licence is required solely for operating the Service and expires upon removal of the content, except for reasonable backup copies and content lawfully incorporated into existing publications.

2 Uploader's Representations and Undertakings

  1. The User owns the full rights in the content, or has obtained all necessary permissions from the rights holders — including from the photographer. Please note: under copyright law, rights in a photograph generally belong to the photographer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. The User is authorised to advertise the property shown (the owner, an authorised representative, or a licensed broker acting on the owner's behalf).
  3. The listing details — price, area, location, condition of the property — are true, accurate and not misleading.
  4. The content does not infringe a third party's rights: copyright, trademarks, privacy (including photographing people without consent) or the prohibition on defamation.
  5. The User will not upload content copied from other platforms or from developers' websites without authorisation.

3 Prohibited Content

  1. False or misleading listings, properties that do not exist or are not actually available ("bait listings").
  2. Offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful content; personal details of third parties without their consent.
  3. Use of others' trademarks or logos (including Walz's) without authorisation.
  4. Malicious links, harmful code, or content intended to bypass the Platform's mechanisms.
  5. Deliberate duplicate listings, spam, or manipulation of ranking and results.

4 Artificial Intelligence, Renderings and System Content

  1. Certain system content — in particular renderings and images of projects and buildings marked "AI Rendering" — is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended for illustration only; differences from the actual condition may exist.
  2. Articles and guides may be written with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies; they should not be regarded as professional, legal or financial advice.
  3. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as a representation regarding a property or as a basis for a decision.

5 Review, Removal and Enforcement

  1. Listings undergo an administrator review before publication; the review does not constitute confirmation of the accuracy of the content, and responsibility remains with the Advertiser.
  2. We may remove or suspend content that breaches this policy or the law — including following a request under the Notice-and-Takedown Procedure — even without prior notice in serious cases.
  3. Repeated breaches will lead to suspension or closure of the account, with no refund for a period already used.
  4. Removal actions are recorded in an internal log.

6 Indemnification

  1. The uploader shall indemnify Walz for any damage, expense or claim (including attorneys' fees) arising from a breach of their representations under this policy — including third-party claims for infringement of copyright, defamation or invasion of privacy originating from content they uploaded.
