What we actually do
We define audiences by area and business type, review performance every day and move budget to the ad that works. A change or a stop happens the same day.
The property goes up with professional photography, floor area, asking price and a map, and enters both search results and the building's page. No separate advertising package.
The ad account is opened in your name and billed to you directly. We manage it and take nothing through it — your access stays full at all times.
We answer on WhatsApp and by phone, and establish the line of business, the floor area needed, the budget and the timeline. Only an enquiry that passes screening is passed on to you.
We arrange a time with the prospect, open the property and show it. You are not required to attend, and a summary of the viewing goes into your cabinet.
We photograph the space, compare prices with similar properties in the area and recommend an asking price. A structured report arrives every two weeks.
