Ayla Towers
On the site of the former Tzirifin barracks, at the boundary of Beer Yaakov, stand two office towers of Ayla Towers — the city's first major commercial anchor project. Each tower stands 17 storeys tall, with a total area of approximately 38,000 m², including a retail floor, a restaurant and café courtyard, and an underground car park spanning approximately 3.5–4 levels. The project is being developed by Ashrom Construction on behalf of developer Ayla Agam.
The location was chosen deliberately: the project sits close to Routes 431 and 44 junctions and the railway station — a transport axis that makes the relatively small Beer Yaakov particularly accessible by both private and public transport.
Tower A at Ayla Towers has sold out in full, whilst Tower B remains under active marketing — a sign of growing interest in a city that until recently was not considered a natural destination for office towers.
