Intergrin 3 stands on the boundary between Yigiae Kapayim Street and Israel Poalim Street, south of Derech Em HaMoshavot, in the heart of Kiryat Aria — Petah Tikva's largest and most central business and industrial zone. The streets surrounding the building, many of them named after precious stones, tell the area's story: from a light-industrial zone to a high-tech and office hub that today hosts companies such as Malam Teams alongside tall buildings such as Offer Tower, Amaot Platinum and Global Towers.
