Bialik 59 is a well-preserved classic building located in a commercial area at the heart of Ramat Gan. The street itself is a bustling thoroughfare: lined along its length is a broad variety of businesses, including Bialik Mall shopping centre, restaurants, bank branches and convenience shops — a combination that makes the neighbourhood around the building particularly convenient for daily workers.
The building is classified as Class C and sits on one of Ramat Gan's established office streets, alongside Arlosoroff, HaYtzira and The Builders — streets that continue to serve hi-tech, financial and business services companies, far from the glass towers of the Stock Exchange yet within accessible reach of it.
