Beit Bostan
Beit Bostan, on Judah Leib Pinsker Street 70, is a 4-storey office building with a modern and representative façade, located in an area that blends commerce and residential use in the heart of the Moshavot. The building, classified as Class B, accommodates a variety of businesses – including a kindergarten and a martial arts centre – and in its immediate vicinity are scattered restaurants, pharmacies and other businesses serving the daily traffic in the area.
01The old business axis of the city
The Moshavot is the central business axis of Petah Tikva, along Isaac Rabin Road and near the historic city centre – an area in which tall office towers such as Global Towers and the Ami B.S.R. City complex also stand, alongside old streets such as Rothschild, Mohilever and Nordau. Beit Bostan, in its neighbourhood scale, exemplifies the more mixed character of the area – a combination of commerce, residential and employment within walking distance of each other.
