Beit Dan-Aviv
Beit Dan-Aviv is a modern office building that also incorporates workspaces, located in Netanya's industrial area, adjacent to the coastal highway. On the ground floor and in its immediate surroundings operate convenience shops and restaurants serving the building's workers and the broader work environment.
The Poulg industrial area is Netanya's central employment zone at the city's southern entrance along Route 2. It has developed from a mix of industrial plants, logistics warehouses and office buildings — including the well-known "Kiryat HaYahalon" area, the city's diamond exchange complex — and provides the city with most of its modern office market. A three-storey Class B building like Dan-Aviv, combining retail, food and offices under one roof, is a typical example of the area's mixed character.
