Beit HaGafen
On HaOmanut Street, in the heart of Kiryat Sapir in Netanya, stands Beit HaGafen — a charming vintage building with a boutique appearance, three storeys tall, containing a wide range of offices and retail spaces for rent. Its relatively compact size gives it a more intimate character than its larger neighbours in the area.
The industrial area surrounding the building spans approximately 5,000 dunams — Netanya's largest industrial area and one of the largest in Israel overall. By virtue of its scale, it attracts many workers from neighbouring settlements, and together with the Kiryat HaYahalon complex within it, constitutes the city's central employment core — a mix of industrial plants, logistics warehouses and office buildings like Beit HaGafen.
