Beit HaMarathon - Building A
Beit HaMarathon is a luxury office complex in Kiryat Arye, Petah Tikva's largest and most central business and industrial zone. Many of the area's streets are named after precious stones — diamond, granite, onyx, opal — and over the past decades, the area has transformed from a light manufacturing centre into a sought-after high-tech and office hub, alongside buildings such as Ofer Tower and Amot Platinum.
The complex at 18 Aaron Bart Street comprises three interconnected buildings, and Building A is the first of them — six floors graded as Class A. Beit HaMarathon is home to leading tech companies such as NetApp, Oracle, Samsung, Cadence, Philips, BMS and Cloudinary, making it a natural destination for companies in the tech, cybersecurity and fintech sectors.

Each of the three buildings includes four lifts, a protected space and washroom facilities. The two basement levels contain parking, electrical and communications systems, and refuse and storage rooms — infrastructure designed to support sophisticated tenants operating during extended working hours.
