Beit HaShaham
Beit HaShaham, at 30 Shaham Street in Kiryat Arye, is one of the newer projects in the transforming business landscape of the area — Petah Tikva's largest and most central business and industrial zone. Many streets in the area are named after precious stones, including Shaham Street itself. Over recent decades, the area has evolved from a light manufacturing centre into a sought-after high-tech and office hub, today housing new buildings such as Ofer Tower, Amot Platinum and Global Towers alongside established structures.
The building, graded as Class B, is described as a new and luxurious project with clean, elegant lines that stands out distinctively in the city's business landscape. Its innovative design combines screen walls with elements of green building and energy efficiency, with meticulous planning that emphasises efficient use of space and enables optimal and flexible office division.
The complex combines office floors above two retail levels, a striking tall lobby, underground parking levels and lifts that descend directly from the car park to the office and retail floors. The retail spaces are intended for restaurants, cafés and boutique shops, whilst tenants of the building receive ongoing security, cleaning and maintenance services.
