Beit Seven, Herzliya
Beit Seven, on Galgelei HaPladat street in Herzliya, is a 6-storey office building completed in 2020 — relatively recent to the area's office stock. The building is located at the heart of Herzliya's industrial and hi-tech zone, at a crossroads between the city's older industrial tradition and the technological dynamism that developed around it.
This combination — a relatively new structure in an older environment — characterises the renewal of Herzliya's industrial zone in recent years: alongside historical industrial and warehouse buildings along streets such as Sokolov and Meskiot, new modern office buildings are emerging, a short drive from prestigious Herzliya Pituach but at more accessible prices.
