Martin Gahal Building
Martin Gahal Building, at 16 Martin Gahal Street in Kiriyat Arieh, is a well-maintained office structure that serves as home to Astronautics Ltd. Its location in the heart of Kiriyat Arieh — the large and central industrial and business area of Petah Tikva — positions it within a business network that has undergone substantial transformation in recent decades, from a light industrial centre into a high-tech and office hub.
The streets surrounding the building are mostly named after precious stones — Ruby, Emerald, Granite, Onyx, Agate — alongside the central Gisin Street, and now host companies such as Malam Teams and tall office buildings such as Ofer Tower, Amot Platinum and Global Towers.
