Hills Building
The Hills Building is part of the new HERZLIYA HILLS complex, located on Erik Einstein Street 3 in Herzliya. Nine storeys combine offices and retail in a central location with, according to the marketing material, excellent accessibility – to Ayalon motorway, the coastal road and the railway station.
The building stands out in its innovative, contemporary architectural design – a stark contrast to its surroundings: central Herzliya around Sokolov's main street, the city's historic urban core, combining retail shops, urban services and small- to medium-sized office buildings serving primarily local businesses. The Hills complex, with its contemporary design language and scale, marks a newer layer of development within this fabric.
