Global Gold
The Global Towers complex, located near Geha Junction at the entrance to Petah Tikva, forms one of the highest landmarks on the city's skyline. Into the complex integrates Global Gold Tower, at the address Yitzhak Rabin Road 1—a new office tower of approximately 31–34 storeys according to various sources, extending across approximately 37,000 to 55,000 m² of office space, and built as a "twin" alongside the adjacent Global Towers. The tower is developed by Israel Towers and Gold Development Ltd.
In a notable transaction, the Tzomet Blue Group, owned by Moti Ben Moshe, purchased 24 storeys in the tower—a transaction reflecting the scale of the project and its status as one of the significant office hubs at the entrance to the city. Tower occupancy is expected by the end of 2026.
Tzomet Blue purchased 24 storeys in the tower in a transaction valued at approximately 377 million shekels.
