The Green House: offices near La Guardia junction
The Green House, an approximately three-storey office building on Mikunis Street 5, is part of the 'Coloured Houses' series — a concept of boutique office buildings, each painted in one colour.
Its location in the southern part of the HaMasger area, adjacent to La Guardia junction, gives the building particularly convenient accessibility to Ayalon Highway and the main arteries of south Tel Aviv.
Like the other buildings in the series, The Green House is aimed primarily at tech companies, start-ups and creative businesses seeking a different work environment and boutique character, away from large office towers.
