The Orange House: offices at the HaMasger–Yitzhak Shada junction
The Orange House is an approximately four-storey office building, located on Nachal Ayalon Street 37, east of the junction of HaMasger and Yitzhak Shada Streets.
Its distinctive orange façade makes it a recognisable landmark in the area, whilst its proximity to Ayalon Highway provides exceptionally high transport accessibility — a key advantage for businesses whose employees come from across the country.
The area, between HaMasger Axis and Yitzhak Shada Street, has developed in recent years into an active office and retail hub in south Tel Aviv.
