Hoogi ONE
The Hoogi ONE tower, currently under construction on a corner plot on HaMagshimim Street at the corner of HaShiluach in Kiryat Mitalon — within the Segula area, a zone of industry and commerce in Petah Tikva containing office buildings and light industrial structures — is planned to be one of the city's prominent office towers. The tower, which will stand 22 storeys high, was designed by architect Gidi Bar Orian.
Each floor in the tower will offer approximately 1,200 m² of gross area, whilst alongside office floors the project also includes a broad commercial floor and a four-level underground car park. In total the complex spans approximately 45,000 m² of built area — a volume that positions Hoogi ONE among the significant projects currently rising in the area.

The choice of the corner plot in Kiryat Mitalon is not incidental: the location gives the tower a double facade to HaMagshimim and HaShiluach streets, and a journey of merely two minutes' drive from Highway Geha guarantees rapid accessibility to the major traffic arteries of Gush Dan.
