Alon Towers: Twin Towers of 40 Storeys on Alon Avenue
A pair of identical office towers of approximately 40 storeys each, rising to a height of approximately 163 metres on Igal Alon Avenue.
The towers, designed by Barlev Lewitzky Kasif architects and completed in late 2017, were built by the BSR Group on approximately 20 dunams. Beneath them extends a six-level car park for approximately 2,200 vehicles, and each tower contains 14 lifts.
The northern tower was purchased by insurance companies Migdal and Harel, whilst in the southern tower hundreds of law offices, accountancy practices and professional agencies purchased premises. Their proximity to public transport and the bridge to Montefiore neighbourhood have made them particularly sought-after by technology firms.
