Edgar 360: A Tower Built Over a Tower
Edgar 360 Tower, rising to a height of approximately 147 metres on ха-Шлоша бе-Яд Элиягу Street, was completed in 2015 — but its story begins earlier.
The 35-storey tower is actually an addition of 20 new storeys built over an office tower of 15 storeys erected as early as 2001. The project, spanning approximately 46,000 m², was acquired by Edgar Ltd in 2007, and the addition of storeys was performed by Electra Building Company.
The tower stands east of Ayalon Highway, near Бейт Элиягу basketball hall and in the heart of Tel Aviv's business core. Edgar, the real estate arm of the Цур Шмир Group, also operates conference spaces and shared office spaces within it.
