Tower of the Pioneers
Tower of the Pioneers stands in the city centre of Netanya, directly opposite Sharon Mall, and enjoys a rare location with three street façades simultaneously: Petach Tikva, Alon Tzvi (The Pioneers) and Moshe Hess. The building, classified as Grade A, comprises some 11,000 m² of above-ground floor area spread across eight storeys, above four levels of basement car parking and storage.
The tower design combines a commercial ground floor with gallery floors totalling some 2,000 m², alongside some 9,000 m² designated for offices across six storeys. This combination makes it a decidedly multi-purpose tower — a place where retail commerce and offices share the same address.

Netanya's city centre, around Herzl Street and Independence Square, is the city's established commercial heart. Tower of the Pioneers, with its scale and height, forms a prominent landmark within this fabric of retail streets and smaller office buildings.
