Diamond Tower 5
Diamond Tower is located in Netanya's third industrial zone, known as "Kiryat Yahalomim" – part of the Poleg industrial zone, the city's primary employment zone at the southern entrance along Route 2. The land on which the tower is built is privately held, approved for retail and office development, and the entire zone is planned to include further retail and office buildings alongside abundant public parking.
The tower, comprising eight storeys and classified as Grade A, offers particularly flexible office space — from as little as 70 m², a size suitable for both freelance professionals and small, medium and large companies. In total, the tower is expected to include some 2,800 m² of retail space and approximately 11,500 m² of office space.
Alongside the office spaces, tower residents will enjoy two levels of underground car park spanning some 7,800 m², including charging stations for electric vehicles to current standards. Adjacent to the tower, a further public car park of some 4,000 m² is planned, which will serve the complex's residents and visitors. The tower commenced operations in December 2023.
