Levenstein Tower: The vision that shrank in height
Levenstein Tower, rising to a height of approximately 126 metres on Menachem Begin Road, was built in two phases between 1995 and 2000 for the Levenstein group, and became one of the landmarks of the business skyline in the city centre.
The building, comprising approximately 33 office floors and six underground floors serving mostly as a car park with hundreds of spaces, was inaugurated in the first phase with 19 floors in 1998, and in the second phase another 14 floors were added, completed in 2000.

Originally the tower was designed as a mixed-use building and even as the tallest in Israel at the time — offices plus luxury residential floors at the summit. After a review indicated low demand for luxury apartments at this location, the residential component was abandoned and the building remained an office tower throughout.
01A plan that changed
Its location in the Yad Harutzim complex, adjacent to central traffic arteries and public transport, maintains its status as a sought-after destination for offices even years after its completion.
