Menora Tower (H1 Tower)
Menora Tower, also known as H1 Tower, is a new mixed-use tower by Menora Group, designed by architect Rona Cohen following a competitive tender win. The tower, built across 26-27 storeys above ground and five basement levels, is built to LEED Platinum standard and spans approximately 22,700 to 34,000 m² of offices, retail, residential and public buildings — including two storeys designated for the local authority and 103 small apartments.
A distinctive feature of the tower is a unique diagonal fin wall, stretching across the entire height of the structure. The plot on which the tower stands is not new to industry: historically, the "Amron" factory operated here, established in 1952 — so the new tower in fact represents another layer in the site's employment story. Commercial occupancy target for the tower was set around 2025.
The tower is located at the entrance to Herzliya Pituach's employment zone, Israel's most prestigious and renowned high-tech park, home to the flagship offices of Microsoft and Apple alongside numerous technology and venture capital headquarters — and becomes a new and prominent landmark at the entrance to the zone.
