Midtown: Two towers where Tnuva dairy stood
The Midtown complex, on Menachem Begin Road adjacent to Azrieli towers and Ayalon highways, was built on the historic site of Tnuva dairy and became one of the city's prominent mixed-use complexes.
The complex, designed by architect Moshe Tzur and completed in 2018, comprises two towers of approximately 50 floors each — one for offices, approximately 210 metres high, and one for residential. The office tower offers modular floors of thousands of square metres tailored to tenants' needs.
The two towers are connected at retail level, and alongside them a light rail station, sports facilities and public spaces. The combination of high transport accessibility and varied services transformed Midtown into a destination for leading companies.
