Sky Tower: The high-tech tower of Hassan Arafa
Sky Tower, completed in 2022 as part of the developing Hassan Arafa complex, is an approximately 32-storey office building rising above Hamasgger Avenue and designed by Yiski Mohr Siyon architects.
The tower offers approximately 37,000 m² of workspace, alongside sun terraces on floors and contemporary architectural design. Within a short time it became a focal point for leading high-tech and finance companies, among them Yotpo, Papaya Global and Mizrahi Bank.
Transport accessibility is among the best in the city: walking distance from Kalilbach light rail station (Red Line) and quick access to Ayalon highways.
