Tower Al: Offices Above Dizengoff Centre
Tower Al, also known as Dizengoff Tower, is an office tower of approximately 14 storeys standing above the south-western section of Dizengoff Centre shopping mall, at the corner of King George and Dizengoff streets.
The tower, built in 1995 and designed by architect Moshe Tzur, rises to a height of approximately 79 metres and is one of two tall structures above the mall — alongside the residential "Dizengoff Tower". The ground floor and commercial mezzanines are directly connected to one of Tel Aviv's oldest and most recognised retail hubs.
The combination of offices above an active shopping mall, in the heart of the city centre and at a major transport interchange, makes the building an appealing destination for businesses seeking maximum accessibility.
