Resital Tower: H-Tower Opposite Arlosoroff Station
An office tower of approximately 31 storeys on Begin Avenue, completed in 2020 and designed by Yosky Mor Sion architects.
The tower, also known as H-Tower and built by the Haj Group, stands directly opposite Arlosoroff Train Station and the Ramat Gan stock exchange. A typical floor spans approximately 1,210 m², and the building incorporates an energy-efficient façade, an impressive high lobby and hundreds of parking spaces.
Its proximity to Savidor Centre Station, Peace Station and the light rail makes it one of the most accessible towers on Begin Avenue.
