Exchange Tower (Exchange Ramat Gan)
At the corner of Arlosoroff and Zhabotinsky, at the gateway to the Stock Exchange complex in Ramat Gan, rises Exchange Tower — one of the largest projects changing the skyline of the area in recent years. The Exchange, which developed around the Israeli Diamond Exchange from the 1960s (with the first Samson Tower), has gradually become the leading business centre of Ramat Gan, and today houses dozens of office towers alongside major insurance company buildings.
Work on the project is currently in progress, executed by Danya Cebus and Ashtrom, with expected occupancy around 2026.
01A tower 216 metres high This is an approximately 45-storey office tower, which will include approximately 60,000 m² of office space and approximately 3,000 m² of retail, at a total height of approximately 216 metres. The project was built by Migdal Insurance as part of a mixed-use complex that also includes a residential tower, on the initiative of Azorim Group, with an investment of approximately one billion shekels. Interestingly, the tower rises over land where the historic Elit factory once operated — another sign of the change taking place in the area, from industry to business centre.
