Elrod Centre
Elrod Centre is a large and impressive office and retail complex spanning some 15,000 m² across four storeys. The building is located on Ha-Melakha Street in Netanya, close to Gibborim Yisrael Boulevard, in the heart of the Poleg industrial zone — Netanya's primary employment zone, at the city's southern entrance along Route 2.
Poleg has developed over the years from a combination of manufacturing plants, logistics warehouses and office buildings, and within it the area known as "Kiryat HaYahalomim" — Netanya's diamond exchange complex. Within this busy activity zone, Elrod Centre with its broad scope of offices and retail space contributes to the modern office market that Poleg supplies to the city as a whole.
