At the end of the street, in the heart of Segula industrial area in Petah Tikva, stands a two-storey office and industrial building at 9 Moshe Shavelev Street. Segula is an established industrial and commercial zone in the city, which houses alongside light industrial buildings also moderate-scale office buildings relative to Petah Tikva's larger business districts. The building, rated Class C, represents the basic and functional layer of the area: a compact structure serving both office and industrial uses without the pretensions of a prestige tower, but as everyday working infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses operating in Segula.
