Gisin Park
On улице Гизин 53, in the heart of Kiryat Aria, rises Gisin Park – the flagship project of the Исрасур Group in Petah Tikva. The park comprises two six-storey office buildings and a modern and prestigious office tower of 24 storeys, with a total area of approximately 62,000 m² of office spaces – one of the largest projects in the area.

Construction of the first and second buildings was completed according to schedule in June 2022, whilst the tall tower was planned for completion during 2024. In the park, it is possible to rent both office spaces and retail spaces, in a complex that combines height, views and leisure infrastructure within one of the city's most dynamic employment centres.
