Rubinstein Twins: Twin Towers at the Foot of Yitzhak Sadeh
Two identical office towers of approximately 34 storeys rising to approximately 145 metres in the renovated Hassan Arafa complex.
The project, designed by Yosky Mor Sion architects, spans approximately 85,000 m² of offices and was completed in the early years of the decade. Its location on the Maragel axis, close to the light rail station at Karlebach, has made it one of the most sought-after complexes in the southern business district.
Among prominent tenants are law firm Herzog Fox Neeman, Monday and NVIDIA (formerly Mellanox). The identical twins have become part of the evolving skyline of the Yitzhak Sadeh complex.
