City Tower – City Tower
Leonardo City Tower, located in Ramat Gan's diamond exchange complex, was occupied in 2010 and is one of the most recognised buildings in the city's skyline. The skyscraper rises to a height of 157 metres across 41 storeys, combining two worlds: a prestigious residential tower on one hand, and a select business hotel on the other—with over 200 residential units and 167 hotel rooms and suites.
Beyond its height and impressive specifications, City Tower has a rare cultural presence for a residential and office building: it became widely recognised to the public primarily through the television series "City Tower", which followed the fictional stories of its residents, and earned it the popular nickname "Sheraton City Tower".
In terms of services, the tower offers infrastructure that competes with luxury hotels: 13 elevators, including four serving residents only, spa, swimming pool, 24/7 security, concierge services and fitness facilities—a package that positions the building as one of the most luxurious addresses in the exchange complex.
