SEA VIEW, Herzliya

Two boutique towers, each eight storeys high, on HaManofim street in Herzliya's industrial zone, together form the Sea View complex — a blend of offices and retail with 10 lifts and an underground car park. As the name suggests, the towers overlook Herzliya's marina, and at their base stretches a large retail complex serving both office tenants and the surrounding area.

Their location in Herzliya's industrial zone, adjacent but not within Herzliya Pituach, affords tenants convenient access to the beach and marina without bearing the higher rental costs of the adjoining hi-tech park.
