SIVPARK — Siv Park
Siv Park is an innovative office project by Allied and a major insurance company, sprawling over approximately 23,500 m² in the Kiryat Matlon neighbourhood of Petah Tikva. The building comprises 15 office floors above 5 parking levels, and its proximity to the light rail route under construction is intended to provide tenants with transport accessibility that will improve further upon the line's completion. Construction was scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2023.
The project stands in Kiryat Aria, Petah Tikva's largest and most central business and industrial zone, which has undergone a remarkable transformation over recent decades: from a light-industrial neighbourhood into a high-tech and office hub that now houses companies like Malam Teams alongside tall buildings such as Offer Tower and Amaot Platinum. Street names in the area, most of which are named after precious stones, and Gissin Road, the central artery, continue to testify to the industrial history from which today's business district emerged.
