South Gate, Herzliya
The prestigious South Gate office project, by the Trigeo group — a company for real estate investment and marketing, Itzhak Teshuva, Praskovsky and Multiland — spans approximately 7.3 dunams in Herzliya Pituach, adjacent to Microsoft's new campus. The project comprises approximately 46,000 m² of office and retail space, spread over approximately 10 floors.
Its proximity to Microsoft's new campus positions the project at the heart of the region that has become, since the mid-1990s, Israel's most sought-after hi-tech address — an arena where Microsoft's headquarters sits alongside those of Apple and dozens of technology companies and venture capital funds, within short distance of the coast and Herzliya's marina.

01A splendid lobby and panoramic sea view The design includes a splendid lobby, a retail ground floor, several office floors and an underground car park. The project is expected to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea — a relatively rare advantage in the dense surroundings of Herzliya Pituach. The project roof is designed green and ecologically, in accordance with green building standards.
Panoramic sea view, green roof and proximity to Microsoft's campus — the combination that defines South Gate.
