Z-Center

In the new Tzirifin neighbourhood of Beer Yaakov, along Naomi Shemer Boulevard, a Z-Center complex is being developed — a mixed-use project by developers Zafrir and Zohar Sharab. Of the four buildings in the complex, approximately 9,000 m² are allocated for dedicated offices, alongside approximately 3,100 m² of retail space and 348 residential units.

The office space in the complex is intended primarily for self-employed and small businesses — lawyers, accountants, therapists and practitioners of similar professions seeking an address within a new and vibrant neighbourhood, rather than a classic office tower.
