Millennia: The business gateway to the Elef complex
Two 16-storey office towers, connected at their base by a gate-shaped structure, turned Millennia into one of the symbols of the new business area in west Rishon LeZion.
The Millennia complex, on Amit Yitzhak Street 5 in the heart of the Elef complex (the 1000), was built by the Parshkovsky group, designed by architect Moshe Tzur. It comprises two office towers — M1 and M2 — of 16 storeys above a retail floor, alongside a horizontal office building, with a total scope of approximately 60,000 m² and LEED Gold standard.

In 2020 Migdal Insurance purchased half of the office portion of the project for approximately ₪300 million. The complex began occupancy from 2023, and by end 2024 approximately 25,000 m² had been let. Among tenants: consulting firm Deloitte, co-working space SOK and Ness Technologies.
