weTUBE MetroTech: Campus on Historic Кармиит Land
On 16.5 dunams of the historic Кармиит sweets factory site rises an office and retail complex of approximately 30,000 m² — with a new headquarters for Маккаби Health Fund and 700 parking spaces below ground.
The weTUBE (MetroTech) project was announced in December 2018 on the site of the former Кармиит factory, near Moshe Dayan interchange in western Rishon LeZion. The developer is Леговель Нехассим of the Сакштейн-Климберг family — the founders of Кармиит themselves — the execution by BST Group and the design by Иски Мор Сион Architects.

The structure: eight storeys of offices with a typical floor of approximately 3,700 m², a retail gallery of approximately 2,500 m² on the ground floor, and six levels of underground parking of approximately 5,000 m² each — with a total investment of approximately 220 million shekels.
01Маккаби's Deal
In February 2023, Маккаби purchased four office storeys for approximately 200 million shekels, and in summer of that year, the cornerstone ceremony was celebrated in the presence of mayor Raz Kinstlich and the management of the fund. The new headquarters — approximately 18,000 m² of adaptation works executed by MEC, interior design by Анат Генот — includes a separate lobby, dedicated parking and a training and events floor.
Маккаби is the first health fund to transfer its national headquarters outside Tel Aviv — 13,000 m² for approximately 200 million shekels.
02Commerce and Services
The retail gallery is intended for banks, post office, restaurants and cafes to serve the thousands of workers in the complex and its vicinity; according to Globes, occupancy in the complex began gradually in 2025. The location — adjacent to Moshe Dayan interchange and the railway station — positions the campus at the city's western gateway.
