Avshalom Gissin 78
On Avshalom Gissin Street, the central artery of Kiryat Aria, stands a compact three-storey office building. It is a structure of relatively human scale compared to the tall glass towers that have grown around it over the past two decades, as Kiryat Aria has transformed from a light-industrial neighbourhood into a high-tech and office hub that now houses companies like Malam Teams alongside tall buildings such as Offer Tower, Amaot Platinum and Global Towers. The location, in the heart of the area, gives tenants a recognised address and convenient access to everything Kiryat Aria has to offer.
