ONO Business Center
ONO Business Center is the office component of the ONO Center mixed-use project — a mixed-use initiative by Geshem Holdings in the Beit BeParc neighbourhood of Or Yehuda, which includes ONO Living for residential use and ONO Street Center for retail. The office component itself comprises four office buildings, each five storeys tall, with a total area of approximately 28,000 m².
The entire complex reflects a broader trend in Or Yehuda — a blending of industrial, residential and retail uses within the same urban strip. The city's industrial zone, adjacent to the Routes 2 (Ayalon) and 5 (Geha) junction, has transformed over recent decades from a purely industrial-logistics hub into home for high-tech companies and corporate offices, thanks to excellent accessibility to Israel's central region — and the scale of ONO Business Center, with its four buildings and approximately 28,000 m² on offer, illustrates the extent to which this development has reached.
