INTRO

INTRO is a modern and sought-after office complex in Netanya, located on HaKedar Street, adjacent to the city's railway station and within a journey time of approximately three to six minutes from Route 2 and Route 4. The complex spans approximately 15.5 dunams and includes a retail floor, five office floors and an abundance of parking spaces.

The complex's location in the Poulg industrial area — Netanya's central employment zone at its southern entrance along Route 2 — positions it as part of the broader employment network, which also includes the neighbouring "Kiryat HaYahalon" complex.

01Railway station and planned transport hub Adjacent to the complex, alongside the existing railway station, a large transport centre is planned to be built, which will include a bus terminal and an upgrade of the station itself — a move intended to vacate the old central station of Netanya and give priority to public transport in the area. Such an upgrade, once completed, is expected to strengthen the transport accessibility of nearby buildings, including INTRO.
