Bazel Park (Bazel Tower)
Petah Tikva Park, the neighbourhood developing around the courthouse and the city's large shopping centre, has become in recent years a sought-after hub for new office towers. In the heart of the area, on Bazel Street 5, stands Bazel Park Tower—an office and retail tower of approximately 27–28 storeys, extending across approximately 40,000 m² of office space.
The project was developed through a joint initiative of the Weiss Group and the Soprin Group, with construction costs of approximately 350 million shekels. Its position facing the two main attractions of the neighbourhood—the courthouse on one side and the large shopping centre on the other—makes it a particularly accessible address for businesses seeking a combination of urban centrality and service availability within walking distance.
