Abgad House
Abgad Tower, at 5 Jabotinsky Street, is an established and respectable office and retail tower located in the Elit Junction complex in Ramat Gan. The tower is well-maintained and enjoys an accessible location; its retail floor is active and street-facing on Jabotinsky Street, and the reception lobby — unusually spacious — is staffed for much of the day.
The Stock Exchange complex where Abgad Tower stands is today Ramat Gan's leading and most recognised business centre, on the border of Tel Aviv-Jaffa and Givatayim. The area developed around the Israeli Diamond Exchange — among the world's leading in its field — beginning with the construction of Samson Tower in the 1960s, which was the complex's first office building. It was followed by Neum House in the 1980s and Diamond Tower in the early 1990s, and since then the complex has continued to grow until it became home to office towers such as Moshe Aviv, Sapir and the Twin Towers.

Within this landscape, Abgad maintains its own identity: an established and relatively compact tower compared to the Stock Exchange giants, yet one that continues to function at full capacity thanks to meticulous maintenance and a location that has remained sought-after.
