Beit Ampa - Herzliya Sapir 5
In the heart of Israel's most sought-after hi-tech zone, in Herzliya Pituach — a neighbourhood built from the mid-1990s on land that was once fields and brush near the shore and marina, and since has hosted flagship Israeli offices of Microsoft, Apple and additional technology companies — stands the Ampa complex on Sapir: three office buildings, two of them four storeys high and one eight storeys high. Beit Ampa Herzliya Sapir 5 is one of the two lower buildings in the complex.
Surrounding the buildings spreads a garden with an ornamental pool and outdoor seating areas, creating a more pleasant atmosphere than is usual in hi-tech parks. The complex also houses a Holmes Place fitness branch, featuring a spa and restaurant, which offers a discount to the building's employees.
