Beit Hadar HaMada – a retail and office complex on Oppenheimer Street 10, Rehovot

Beit Hadar HaMada is a retail, office and parking complex on Oppenheimer Street 10 in Rehovot, built with 6 floors and spread across a total built area of approximately 32,000 m².

Most of the spaces in the complex are leased long-term to a variety of tenants, including government offices, Bank Hapoalim, a supermarket, a petrol station and high-tech companies. Abelia Ltd developed the project in its entirety – from land acquisition and enhancement, through planning and construction, to rental and ongoing management.
