Beit HaMarathon - Building B
Building B is one of three interconnected structures that make up Beit HaMarathon, the luxury office complex at 18 Aaron Bart Street in the heart of Kiryat Arye — Petah Tikva's central business and industrial zone, which over the past decade has evolved into a sought-after high-tech hub alongside buildings such as Ofer Tower, Amot Platinum and Global Towers.
Like the other buildings in the complex, Building B — six storeys in Class A grade — is designed for leading tech companies. Among its potential tenants are firms such as NetApp, Oracle, Samsung, Cadence, Philips, BMS and Cloudinary. The building houses four lifts, a protected space and washroom facilities, and its basements contain parking, electrical and communications systems, and storage rooms. Building B's distinctive feature is that it is home to Covent Garden restaurant — an addition that transforms it into a natural meeting point for tenants of the neighbouring structures.
