Building C is the third of three interconnected structures that comprise Beit HaMarathon, the luxury office complex at 18 Aaron Bart Street in Kiryat Arye — Petah Tikva's largest and most central business and industrial zone, which has evolved from a light manufacturing centre into a sought-after high-tech and office hub, alongside buildings such as Ofer Tower and Amot Platinum.
