Beit Momentum

At the northern entrance to Kiryat Sharonit in Netanya stands a new business campus called Beit Momentum, initiated by Midcity Development and Investment Company. The project is planned in two phases: Phase A includes approximately 10,000 m² of office space alongside approximately 3,500 m² of retail — a petrol station, supermarket, café and fitness/pilates studio — so that users of the space find essential daily services within the complex itself. Phase B plans to add approximately 8,000 m² of additional office space, substantially expanding the campus.

Among the tenants in the campus is PeopleBiz, a high-tech accelerator that chose to relocate from Tel Aviv to Netanya. The move of the high-tech accelerator from the traditional commercial centre of the country to Kiryat Sharonit reflects a broader trend of technology companies seeking high-quality office space outside Tel Aviv.
