Beit Pliner (Pliner Tower)

In the heart of Petah Tikva's old city centre, near the municipal building, rises Pliner Tower (Beit Pliner)—a 16-storey office tower with a total area of approximately 14,000 m². The tower was built by Efraim Pliner Company, an established development and contracting firm in the city with approximately 90 years of activity, and today approximately 60% of the shares are held by Amaot Investments.

The building serves primarily government offices and independent professionals—lawyers, accountants and physicians—thus continuing the traditional role played by the established office towers around the municipal building, before the nearby Eshel HaShalom axis developed into the city's modern business centre.
